Sales CRM

The pipeline your team will actually keep up to date.

Drag a deal, log the call, set the next task. The forecast writes itself. Import a CSV and be selling in ten minutes.

The board

Move the card. Everything else follows.

Drag a deal into Negotiation and it joins the commit forecast, its close date lands on the calendar, and the account's open value updates. Mark it lost and you record why, so the reports can tell you what to fix.

  • Stage probabilities you can tune per workspace
  • Owner, contact, close date and notes on every card
  • Overdue close dates flagged on the board and the dashboard

Forecast

Three numbers, and the gap between them.

Commit is what your reps will stand behind. Weighted is what the stages say. Best case is the ceiling. See all three by close month, next to quota, and change a stage in the table to watch them move.

And the rest

Nine screens. One workspace.

Everything a small sales team asks a CRM for, and nothing it has to set up first.

  • Companies and contacts, with open and won value on every account
  • Tasks that chase you: overdue, today, this week, later
  • A calendar of the whole deal, close dates included
  • Reports: funnel, win rate, cycle time, lost reasons, leaderboard
  • CSV import and export, JSON backup and restore
  • Runs in your browser; nothing to configure, nothing uploaded

Up and running in an afternoon

  1. 01

    Import what you have

Drop in a CSV of contacts or deals, or start from the sample workspace and replace it as you go.

  2. 02

    Work the board

Log the call, set the next task, move the card. The dashboard, calendar and forecast update as you do it.

  3. 03

    Run Monday from Forecast

Commit, weighted and best case by month, with the gap to quota. No slides, no export, no surprises.

Before you start

Do I need to set anything up?

No. Create an account, sign in, and the workspace opens with sample data you can replace or clear from Settings.

Where is my data stored?

In your browser's local storage, on your machine. Take a JSON backup from Settings whenever you want a copy elsewhere.

Can I bring in data from another CRM?

Yes. Export contacts or deals as CSV from the old tool and import them from Settings. Column names like name, email, company, value, stage and close date are picked up automatically.

How is the forecast calculated?

Weighted is each open deal's value multiplied by its stage probability. Commit counts only deals in Negotiation. Best case assumes everything closes. All three are broken down by expected close month.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Every page is responsive, and the board scrolls sideways on small screens.

Give your pipeline a home.

Create a workspace, import what you have, and run next Monday's meeting from the Forecast page.
